This is Is-sur-Tille

Is-sur-Tille is located in the business region centred on Dijon. Although the two towns are only some twenty kilometres apart, Is-sur-Tille has acquired a spirit of independence in its development, which it has demonstrated throughout its long history. The town has made the most of its assets: a high-quality natural environment and a readiness to open its doors to the world. 

In addition to being the French capital for crossword puzzles since 1990 as well as a landmark for foreign tourists, Is-sur-Tille has also seen the establishment of several international companies within the town.
